Mr. Manriquez is the founder of ALB Commercial Capital. Over the last decade he has developed an organization that is responsible for originating large volume of multifamily and commercial loans. He is recognized for his expertise in multifamily, commercial, and industrial financing. In addition to arranging financing for his clients Mr. Manriquez leads our special asset services division Commercial Asset Management. Through his leadership he has uniquely positioned CAM as service provider focused on underperforming commercial real estate assets within the small balance commercial real estate niche market.
Mr. Manriquez holds a BA in Marketing & Finance, from the Cal State University of Long Beach is a CCIM Candidate and a licensed California Real Estate Broker Professional Affiliations: REOMAC- Member and Commercial Committee board NRBA- Member CREDAA- CEO/President & Managing Partner NAHREP- Board Member VP of Commercial CAMP- Board Member |
