Mrs. Manriquez is the Co-founder of ALB Commercial Capital and Commercial Asset Management. Over the last decade she has financially managed the organizations to where they are today. Prior to entering into the commercial real estate industry Mrs. Manriquez had built a hugely successful Bridal manufacturing firm headquartered in Shanghai China and distributed her Products all of the world. She is an expert in financial management, business operations, business process modeling and fluent in Mandarin, and Taiwanese. In addition to the financial management of the operation she also acts as liaison to our high net-worth clients seeking distressed commercial real estate assets. As a natural entrepreneur she helps lead our special asset services division Commercial Asset Management. Through her instinctive leadership skills she helps in the guidance of CAM and is largely responsible for our success as service provider focused on underperforming commercial real estate assets within the small balance commercial real estate niche market.
