Mr. O ‘Donnell started his career in 1983 specializing in apartment building acquisitions and in 1987 started his commercial lending career with Coast Savings and Loan.  In the past 27 years, Mr. O’Donnell has worked for many commercial banks, Reits, Private investment funds, and has represented Investors of all types.

Mr. O’Donnell created a Commercial Mortgage Underwriting system that CAM is utilizing in their underwriting and analysis systems.  This proprietary system has combined over 27 years experience in commercial real estate lending, underwriting, including investment acquisitions and dispositions, and has features that encompass the following services:
