Commercial Asset Management is the Special Assets Services division for ALB Commercial Capital. CAM operates as an asset Management Company involved in the evaluating, management and disposition of distressed commercial real estate assets. We are a privately held company that has been involved in hundreds of millions in transaction volume through our parent company ALB.

Our clients include large commercial banks, small to mid size community banks, credit unions, hedge funds, CMBS note holders, Private Money investors, investment bankers, insurance companies, as well as other asset management firms and outsourcers who are seeking our area of expertise to help facilitate the liquidation of commercial REO, PF & NP notes, and short sales.

Our mission is to promote the timely investment of commercial distressed properties and notes which we believe will provide enormous opportunity to a multicultural and diverse group of individuals who seek the American dream of building wealth through sound commercial real estate investments. We believe promoting investments into commercial properties will ultimately help  cure our current commercial crisis, but more importantly will significantly aid in rebuilding our communities by increasing building occupancies through opening of new business’s, business enterprise expansions, new job creation, overall community enhancement , and the development of quality living spaces.

Our Goal

Our goal is to help during this commercial crisis by focusing on our main clientele, the banks, investors, and brokers. We will utilize our area of expertise to provide services to our clients that deliver a high level of specialized practical experience in the small balance commercial niche market. We will reach out to our existing lender relationships while continuing to build our lender network and facilitate the liquidation and selling of commercial properties and notes through our nationwide broker network and worldwide data base of Investors.
