CAM gets involved in the foreclosure process way up stream, usually starting with exclusive assignments from one of our lender clients that need to remove an unwanted asset from the books by way of our customer outreach program. Our initial task involves underwriting and loan analysis to determine if the client can qualify for a refinance. Also, investors contact us directly to have us negotiate a loan modification/workout with the note holder.
