This includes enrollment in all eight courses that lead to the Commercial Distressed Asset Specialist Designation. CAM Transaction Fee Schedule:

I) REO Assignments:   CAM receives 5o basis to 1 full point Plus $295.00 admin fee

II) Short Sale Referral Assignments: CAM receives 5o basis to 1 full point Plus $295.00 admin fee

III) Note Sales: CAM Receives a minimum of 1%  Plus $295.00 admin fee

IV) BPO/BOV: (Varies per lender assignment ) Broker is paid a minimum of $150.00

V) Commercial Loan Financing Referal fee: CAM charges a mimimum of 1% on loan origination fees and will pay out as a referral to the referring broker 20 basis points. (Unless your state or local lending laws does not allow)

VI) Loan Modification & Workouts:  CAM works together with selected Law Firms in the negotiation of a loan modification or workout. Referring Broker’s will be compensated $250.00 .
