Mr. Granderson has practiced for over 12 years as a real estate attorney experienced in commercial real estate transactions layered with multiple borrowers, syndicated entities and complicated loans and has represented clients in individual transactions that exceed $100 million and to the other side of the spectrum he represents the investor who is seeking guidance on their first investments.  Mr. Granderson has a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio and manages several residential/commercial real estate investment funds.
