Efon Manriquez has been with ALB Commercial Capital since 2001. Starting his career as an intern/assistant to the director where he helped the company grow by processing loans, analyzing properties and borrower credit files, collecting underwriting criteria from all of the firms lending sources, determining which programs would best facilitate the close of escrow, creating rate sheets using the most competitive programs available, making excel templates for the firms internal systems, and creating fliers and templates for marketing.  Efon’s all inclusive capabilities and involvement with ALB Commercial Capital’s assignments laid a rock solid foundation for his role as a VP of Commercial loan Originations. As a high volume commercial loan advisor, he brings the experience of processing loans, analyzing loan packages, and using his knowledge of lender programs and underwriting guidelines with his mental and technological resourcefulness, client oriented professionalism, and outside the box creativity to discuss  with our lenders and borrower’s  the possibilities and problems of current loans against distressed assets.

Efon’s background and experience has made him a “right arm” with seasoned investors several of whom have large portfolios of which he reviewed, analyzed, refinanced, and/or provided loans for acquisitions. His patience and ability to translate information to intelligible form makes it easy for his new investors to get into the industry prepared and educated. His experience encompasses expertise in dealing with  LLCs, Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, Individuals, management companies, 1031 exchanges, simultaneous purchase/refinance scenarios, and probate settlements.
