  Why join Commercial Asset Management (CAM)?

What it all comes down to is that in a business that has rarely known a dull moment, we’re heading for some of the most challenging and exciting times we’ve ever known, and it is going to require us all to pull together and work through this as a team.  Course correction is inevitable when your navigating in unexplored places. There are a few asset management companies that advertise as being involved in both residential and commercial real estate which should be red flag number one. There are many asset management companies, outsourcers, organizations, and real estate groups that offer residential type education specific to the residential real estate market but little available for you in commercial.
